Toilet Campaign Goes On…

At the FOSP meeting on Wednesday 18th February we were again informed by the council that the situation regarding the toilets in the park had not changed. They will close for good on Sunday 29th March.

It is impossible for the Friends of Sandall Park to raise the funding required to keep the toilets open. No external funding organisation will provide revenue funding for a facility that is owned by and the responsibility of the council.

So there you have it – 38days to go and it’s goodbye toilets…………….
