What a relief! After what seems like the campaign of a lifetime we can announce that it is ‘all cisterns go’ with the park toilets! They will be open in the future for all our visitors.
Can we thank everyone who has supported us with this campaign as those people realised how important is for the development of the park that the toilets stay open.
Can we also say thanks to those members of the council who, after we raised the issue, looked at things in a different way and came up with a very different solution – the end result is that the toilets are open and should stay open.
Long may this situation continue.

Yes the news is good. They will be open all the time. There may be the odd glitch but the council have actually been very creative in managing to keep the toilets open. I won’t bore you with the details but there may be the odd teething problem but rest assured the intention is that they will be open full time.
