Boat House Area to be Grassed Over

We have already reported on the ‘Playbuilders’ project that will commence in January – the boathouse area will also be getting the redevelopment treatment.

The concrete pad will be removed and the area grassed over. This is a fantastic opportunity to change this area which has been an eyesore and uneven since the boathouse itself was removed some years ago.
