Parents Help Children Pick Daffs!

It’s true - we’ve seen it with our very own eyes this afternoon. Parents with kids picking the daffodils in the park!!

If you wondered where the kids get it from – well now you know. There were also a large number of daffodils picked from the park and dumped next to the bus stop on Thorne Road. In trying to make the best out a bad job the dafs have been taken to the Sandallwood Day centre – at least someone will get some pleasure from them.

Notice to the parents concerned – don’t do it – it is naughty and blooming annoying because we spent days planting those bulbs so that EVERYONE can enjoy them. If everyone picked a handful, there’d soon be none left.
