Yep it’s a toilet roll and to be more exact it is one used to block the toilets up – again! Forensic analysis and DNA testing was not required.

More money has been spent on unblocking the ladies toilets (blocked by toilet rolls) than anything else. I’m sure there is a reason for this strange behaviour but the fact is if money is continually wasted unblocking the toilets they will eventually close. The council is not flush with money!
