The use of the Public Access Defibrillator in the park (funded by parkrunners) has been called upon when a customer in Lidl had a heart attack. The 999 caller was directed to the defib and it was taken for use to Lidl. CPR was administered and fortunately the defib wasn’t needed. The defib is now back in its house.
Although the defib was not used – this is a great result. Thankyou parkrun people…. you have made our little part of Doncaster sooooo much safer.
