That was an interesting snow patrol in the park in the worst snow conditions in the park since 2010.
It was great to see people using the park for what it does best – providing free entertainment for all the family.
W need to give this a good go! We are crowd funding for a wheelchair roundabout in the park. The amount raised has now reached £500. CLICK HERE to make a pledge.
Ian and Alison name all their brews after local Doncaster places and each one is named for its history. Sandall Park beer is a red beer to reflect the clay of the brick works from which it originated. It’s label has a photo of the park and the Doncaster Crest – allowed by special permission from the council (only Donny Brewery and The Tourist Information Centre are allowed to use it).
It will be on sale from it’s official launch on Sunday 25th February at 2pm. Everyone is invited to attend the launch at the Doncaster Brewery, Young Street Doncaster. There will be a few refreshments and the beer will be available to buy in bottles. Buy some as a keepsake or for birthday pressies? Please do come and join us to celebrate this unique event.
