New Format for Egg Hunt 2015

There will be a new format for this years Ester Egg Hunt on Thursday 2nd April.

DSC06618Entering is free and you will be given a map of the park with six areas  marked on it. In that area will be hidden coloured eggs – find the egg and write the colour down on the map.

When you have all six colours just hand your map back in at the Ready Steady Store Gazebo. You will get a free chocolate egg and your sheet will be entered for the free draw that will take place at 1pm.

As well as the egg hunt there will be the annual Hook a Duck Championships with a trophy for both the senior and junior winners. Entry for this is £1.

All funds raised will go towards developing the park.

Busy Saturday – Again!

1Another busy Sandall Park day in the morning – parkrun, cycling, fitness training and football….. for the middle of February that’s not bad at all.

If all else fails just visit the park to have a walk, feed the ducks, have a picnic or just do your own thing. The weather forecast is not too bad AND it’s Valentines day!
