Employment & Training Links Ltd
Employment & Training Links Ltd (ETL) offers a wide range of training and development opportunities to both individuals and businesses. They have years of experience in helping disadvantage groups to the world of work. They also help the wider community improve their skills and gain qualifications and experience. ETL is based in Sheffield, with centres in Doncaster, Barnsley, Rotherham and Sheffield.
ETL Ltd was set up in 2002 to target BME communities in South Yorkshire. The aim was to help people within these communities, access advice and skills for work.
Their work in Sandall Park was completed in March 2011

A team of ILM (Intermediate Labour Market) workers have been engaged in major work in the park since July 2010. Employed by ETL (Employment Training Links Ltd) this has been an opportunity to get things done in the park that we could only dream of. This gallery will expand as the work carries on throughout the winter. Our thanks to everyone involved in the project.

The ILM (Intermediate Labour Market) workers in the park were employed by ETL and this has allowed the Friends of Sandall Park to get most of he jobs completed that would never otherwise have been done – especially in the current financial climate. The following tasks have been completed by the team:
> All the copses of trees in the park have been ‘lifted’ to prevent crime;
> The boat house area was removed and grassed over;
> Disabled fishing pegs installed;
> The North Bank of the lake was made secure for the park wildlife;
> An extra litter bin was installed;
> Another restricted vehicle entrancewas created near the old depot;
> A ramp was created onto the old golf course;
> The infamous ‘red bench’ was painted green!
