One of the most beautiful parts of Sandall Park is the lake, the remnant of the clay quarry that once made the site. Whilst swimming isn’t allowed in the lake, we saw that accidents happened so FoSP arranged the funding and installation of throwlines around the lake, alongside Sams Army Mission, to ensure people would be able to get out safely.
